Our courier service includes options for on-site assembly, safe unboxed transport, and dedicated delivery (we never co-load bikes with other freight). Every e-bike is handled with care, whether it’s a fat tyre e-bike, a lightweight carbon road e-bike, or a large electric cargo bike.
All deliveries are fully insured, and we offer live tracking and delivery updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. On the day of delivery, the recipient is given a timeslot, and when we’re roughly an hour away, a further call is made to ensure a smooth handover every time.

About us
Ebike Couriers was founded by Tony, an e-bike enthusiast and experienced logistics professional. Tony has been involved in the electric bike industry since 2016 — custom-building, selling, and writing about e-bikes for well-known cycling publications. Through his experience running a custom-built e-bike business, he recognised a serious gap in the market for specialist e-bike transport. Tony continues to ride e-bikes daily.
Prior to his work with e-bikes, Tony ran a motorcycle delivery business from 2009 to 2016. This blend of e-bike knowledge and hands-on delivery experience inspired the launch of Ebike Couriers – an e-bike and motorcycle delivery service designed by a rider, for riders.
We don’t believe in conveyor belts, anonymous depots, or careless handling. Every delivery we make is personal – backed by experience, care, and a passion for two-wheeled transport.
How it works
Book Your Delivery
- Start by selecting the type of service you need (e-bike, motorcycle, cargo bike, etc.).
- Choose your pickup and delivery locations, and specify any additional requirements.
- Complete the booking by entering your details and making a payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking information.
Collection
- On the scheduled date, one of our professional drivers will arrive at your specified location to collect the bike.
- Our team ensures careful handling, including securely loading your bike onto our van to prevent damage during transit.
Transportation
- Your bike is safely transported to the destination.
- Throughout the journey, you can track the delivery in real-time, ensuring a timely arrival. You’ll be updated with progress notifications.
Delivery
- Once your delivery reaches its destination, our driver will carefully unload and deliver it to your specified address.
- If applicable, we can offer assembly services (e.g., e-bike assembly) at the point of delivery to ensure it’s ready to use. We can even remove and recycle the packaging.
- A final email will be sent to confirm the successful delivery.

Delivery Timescales
Delivery times will vary depending on your area:
- Zone 1 (Local – Devon & Cornwall) Collection and delivery usually within 1–2 days.
- Zone 2 Weekly delivery runs.
- Zone 3 Weekly delivery runs.
- Zone 4 Covered on an adhoc basis depending on demand.
- Zone 5 Price on application due to distance, ferry crossings, and scheduling.
For businesses with several deliveries to Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland (Zone 5) or the North East of England (Zone 4), we can arrange a custom bulk delivery plan and quote accordingly — offering a cost-effective solution compared to individual shipments.
